Anxiety and panick attack

What are communicating to me anxiety and panick attacks?

What you label “anxiety” is the call from your True Self. The heaviness that you feel on your chest, is your True Self that is knocking trying to get your attention and your listening.The panick attack, is the fear that you feed all the time, as you do not understand this call.

Therefore, when you feel that the call is coming, do not get afraid; it is Me, just choose to start listening and you will feel my hug and the reply to your questions.
Is it clear for you?

Yes.

Quite easily your mental body, will try to bring you back to old tactic, as you already made the experience of who you are not. But conversely, through your mental body, choose to start listening and the fear will disappear.
