I suffer from aches in my head, and I have a muscolar spasm in the left part of my body. What does that mean?

The message for you, is to stop forcing the evolution of the spiritual part of you. It is as if in this phase of your Path, you are trying to force, to rationally direct your Path of Expansion. The involuntary contraction, is the signal that you are squeezing, contracting the flowing while you are on your Path.

Should I let it flow? Should I be more relaxed?

Generally speaking, you should always be relaxed, because is not useful for you being nervous, always trying to develop a strategy to try to obtain an outcome, it does not produce any result

Therefore less rational?

Since All Is One, and You Are this One that is making an earthly experience individualised in a form that you recognize with your name, all that you are living you have lived, all that you label “life”, in Reality, is an illusion that allows you to make your Path of Expansion. Therefore, in this incarnation of which you are aware of, you have choosen to live in an extremely rational way, to rediscover Who You Are, and use your rationality in service to Who You Really Are. But as long as you do not rediscover Who You Are, your rationality is in command, believing that that it is the boss.
Is it clear for you?

Not completely.

In order for you to understand, life as you know it,consists of cause/effect, included in a temporal line and in a space, in Reality is all an illusion, because in The Reality all Is One: The One is All, and The One Is Love. Somebody calls it God, universe, total entity,

Allah and in many other infinite ways. But The All that comprises all, can not be defined, is not limited, and does not have a “two”. The One IS. So all that you know, that you see, that you learn, that you touch or that you imagine, is always The One expressed in different forms in favour of your incarnation, to allow you to accomplish your Path of Expansion, firsthly of you are not, and second to rediscover Who YOu Are, and live coherently with this Truth.

Hence, the human beeing is perfect, including the rational part the emotions and the phisycal body, but the experience that you are now ready to make, is to realign all your bodies, also the dense ones, to your Foundamental Frequency of incarnation, taking back your Divine Body in command of your life,. Consequently, all the other bodies, will be in its service
