It happens to me sometimes, when I am in state of light sleep, that I feel as I was separated from my body, as if I was hanging… hanging from the ceiling…. and I see the scene…. as if I was dreaming, as if I was watching the scene of this dream from above. As far as I kinow, is the astral body that is separating from the physical body. What is the communication for me?

The answer that I will be giving to you, is divided in two parts: the first one is the Absolute Truth, and the other one, is an indication for your path. The Absolut Truth is that You Are the Whole. you are the astral body, the physical body, and at the very same moment when you let go of the rational part, you let go the control, you have the opportunity to live in one way or the other, as you can observe the same scenery from different poins of view.
Is it clear for you?

Yes.

The other answer is an indication for you; you said: “I live myself as if I was separated from my pysical body”, and here is the indication for your path: your tendency to remain into the material or into the intangible, is keeping you into separation. But now you have come to a point where you can go beyond this illusion of separation, and therefore, to experience your Divinity through your physical body, not refusing it, not trying to demonize it, trying to silence it, but raising your dense bodies to the highest frequency in order to be able to experience your Divinity in your earthly experience.
