I have been trying for some time, to improve some espects of my daily being, but I have the feeling that I am getting the opposite result. Sometimes I think (rationally) that I am not yet ready fot this type of path, or that I continually boycott myself getting precisely the opposite.result.Lately, with the aim to improve my ealth, I got some medical examinations, and from the exams, it emerged that ( and at the moment, this is worrying me), my blood is thickening and consequently can potentially create thrombosis, heart fatigue, and so on. I do not know whether this can be classified as a compromised autoimmunity and consequently I suffer from some diseases classifyed as “autoimmune”, and so I feel all the time that what I would like to do to improve my ealth, is getting upside-down, so that I continue boycotting myself. This is leading me to a state of crisis, and I do not know what to do, where to start from to help myself.

Imagine that you can take e deep breath and let go of all your convictions and beliefs that are keeping you attached to this vision of your life, since the reason that you are getting the communications that you are receiving, in Reality is for you the invitation to observe all the beliefs, the convictions, the agreements that have structured your earthly experience, and that you are now ready to identify as such, thank them, transmute and let them do.

In order for you to understand, the convictions of self sabotage, is really a conviction, because the self sabotabe, in Reality does not exists. All that you do, the choices that you make, are functional to your Path of Expansion, to make the experince who you are not, in order to rediscover, beyond any doubt, Who You Really Are, and by embracing The Truth, act in your life with the gaze and the attitude of The Absolute that You Are.

Therefore, your physical body, is showing you the need to stop giving credit to the material in cause and effect, as this is crystallizing your vital flow. Therefore, everytime that you stop evaluating right/wrong, good/bad, positive/negative “this happened because I did that or the opposite”, you are standing still, and foundamentally denying Who You Really Are. You do not embrace that you are The Divine, that You Are The Creator, the creature and the creation, but you live as if everything was separated from you, hence, like a small ball inserted in a game with labyrinths, with no power over the labyrinth, and no power over the path that is accomplishing.
Do you understand what I mean?

Yes.

So, in Reality the small ball, the labyrinth, the mask of negativity or positivity, is all an illusion. You Are the Creator, the creation and the creature. You are accomplishing an earthly experience, but in Reality, You Are The Divine Being. Therefore, in this phase all is moving in order that you open your eyes and you recognize Who You Really Are; everything is moving in order that your vital lymph will start flowing again. Everything is moving so that the Unconditional Love that You Are, will become abundant and again fluid in your life, and that you knowingly and consciously emanate the frequency that is creating life itself. Therefore, what you are living, and that you interpret as the exact contrary, in Reality, is the indication that you are ready to make the exact contatry, of what you are observing.
