I do not understand what genealogical programs are…

The programs are your usual way to react in respect to the events of Life, not about “what to do”, but in what is motivating you.
In order for you to understand, when you are living something joyful and fulfilling, a part of you is living the fear of losing it. When you are into a love relationship, you are living the fear of being abandoned. Therefore, these fears are the programs that you have taken with you in your earthly incarnation in order to recognize them, and go beyond.

Going beyond, is what allows you to Expand, since every human, is a Divine Being that is having an earthly experience with the purpose of experimenting who he is not, and remember Who He Is and living in order to manifest his Divinity onto the earthly dimension. The programs are functional in order to accompany everyone to his own Awareness. Now is important for you to understand that altough you have the perception of being surrounded by many other human beings, in Reality, for you they are mirrors of yoursel. And this is true for everybody. The human mind, can not understand since is processing eveything into separation, into sequences and in the space – time, but the invitation for you, is to open your heart, your mind all your System to a much more wide Reality than the one that you are perceiving.
Is it clear for you?

Yes I perfectly understand, but at the same time, I do not understand how to practically let go of these programs.

The programs are not an enemy, you do not have to fight them, not judge them from the duality point of view, good/bad. Without them, you would not be living the earthly experience therefore recognize them, embrace them with gratitude, and reunite them inside yorself with its own opposite.

In order for you to understand, if there is separation, there is unity, if there is lack, there is abundance. For any program, for every fear that you are recognizing inside, there is its opposite. Therefore, go away from the materialistic vision, and bring back inside yourself fear and Love, so that you will maifest yourself through their reunion.

Techniques, paths, courses can facilitate this reunification, but it is importtant that you understand that this is the game of Life, there is not an arrival point, as there has never been a starting point, but a choice to experiment the earthly life, with only one goal: Expand for the Supreme Good.
