I feel like this period is quite positive compared to the previous one. I’m having good results at work and, in terms of relationships, let’s just say that girls like me more, I stand out more than before, which means my energy has increased a bit. It’s a phase in which I perhaps feel like I want to improve even more. But I don’t feel like I’m in a down phase, I feel like it’s an up phase. Can you confirm this?

The way you said it is interesting (and I’d like you to pay attention to this). You’ve placed two opposing planes: the positive and negative periods, the down phase and the up phase.

What you’re ready to do, to live, is precisely to stop referring to duality, to comparison. What you have to let go of is precisely to observe your life in every Here and Now as perfect, therefore stopping labeling it as down or up, but perfect for the Path of Expansion.

Because every time you categorize or label what you experience, you place that experience on two opposing sides. Therefore, since everything is nourishment for you, every time you experience something you categorize as “positive,” your programs activate to show you what you are still ready to experience, and you will categorize it as “negative.” And this game will continue until you recognize Who You Really Are.

You Are The One, The Whole that makes up everything, and everything that makes up everything is perfect: it is not positive, it is not negative, it is a communication to lead you back to your Path of Expansion.

You are certainly sharpening your sensitivity, and what happens when you are connected and open is that energy flows and this is almost automatic for you when you become a channel of energy.

But when you return to your daily life, you resume the attitude of cause and effect, of the victim defending or attacking, and of opposition to a supposed outsider attacking you. So you accumulate congested, heavy energy, and now is the time for you to let go of that energy, ceasing to oscillate between matter and spirit.
