How to change habits

I have habits that I can’t change…

To change a habit, you need to adopt another one. Now, a habit is acting automatically without thought,. Your ingrained automatisms are based on beliefs, convictions, and agreements established over what you call “time.”
So, what you brought with you when you incarnated was experienced and reinforced by similar, cyclical, always the same experiences: the setting and the characters changed, but the underlying program remained the same, allowing you to consolidate your automatisms. Now that they’re consolidated, having rediscovered Who You Really Are and saying to yourself, “Oh, okay: now I know who I am, so everything’s fine” doesn’t erase the ingrained automatisms.

So to change those automatic reactions, you need to create new automatic reactions. The new automatic reaction is “whatever happens, I’m going back to the Center”: on the first day, you won’t be able to do it; on the second, you’ll be able to do it later; on the third, you’ll be able to do it after half an hour, and so on until, no matter what, it becomes automatic for you to turn to your Center.
