Congested energy

Don’t judge congested energy as negative,
wrong, or to be expelled,
but gratefully let it go,
since it has been instrumental
in your experience of who you are not.

Free it and put it back into the flow,
since All is One,
and therefore nothing is thrown away,
but it takes on different forms
and different roles
for the experience of Expansion.
