It’s not by suppressing emotion
that you find peace,
but by acknowledging it,
welcoming it,
understanding that it is your Path of Expansion
that is expressing itself
through a program to which you react,
(always and only a program)
that you are ready to transmute
by recognizing yourself as One.
There is no “little me” (or ego)
that is being bad;
there is a “little me”
that is giving you the earthly experience.
