Must there be a strong daily intention to manifest Who I Really Am?

As long as staying focused at the Center of your Center becomes automatic

Ah, ok.

And cleansing the Little Self facilitates staying at the Center of your Center. So you understand: the experience of earthly incarnation involves earthly experience, and therefore in earthly experience the flow of energy that You Are condenses and slows, only to regain strength. But if you don’t keep this energy flowing, it forms a stasis as it condenses and slows. It’s as if you see dust and dirt in your house and decide to clean it. But if you clean only once and then don’t clean again, the dust and dirt accumulate again.
Is this clear to you?

Yes.

The same is true of the form you have assumed in the earthly dimension: if you keep it fluid and in constant contact with Who You Really Are, then it will be a welcoming and safe place for you, allowing you to proceed serenely on your Path of Expansion despite the ups and downs that are part of the Path of Expansion. If you don’t take care to maintain the flow of energy that You Are and let it thicken, the Path will be more difficult.
