What can I do to stop this situation of confusion that I have created in my job?

To answer your question, I am asking you to observe all that has to do with your job, with differente eyes, therefore, not in cause – effect, but with the awareness that all that happens in relation to your job, in Reality is bringing you a message and a communication that has to do with your choice of action in your Path of Expansion. Therefore, open yourself to this new vision and observe: whether everything is a message for you, and as this is just the way it is; the first indication is the one of gratitude. Be grateful for what is happening, since is taking you to a new important phase of your Path. Then, be grateful because all that for you seems just confusion, in Reality is the indication that you are ready to make a revolution, let go and go beyond all that is no more functional in your Path of Expansion. Therefore, now that is clear for you that there is nothing right or wrong, positive or negative, but is only a communication flow that is coming from your not incarnated part, towards your “small self” incarnated, (that only apparently is separated, but in Reality All Is One), tell Me, what do you see what you call “confusion”?

I see a kind of sadness.

Sadness for what?

Sadness because I have not yet decided what I want to do while I am growing.

Sadness has to do with your emotional body. Your emotional body, is powered by your mental body that is moving and is powerd by beliefs, convictions, accords that were useful to experience who you are not. Hence, you have made the choice to individualize yourself in infinite different forms. Therefore, All Is One and All Is You.

Now, since the form Xxx does not recognize herself as the One, she believes that she is small, inadequate, unworthy of beeing The One. And since she believes that she is small, inadequate, all that appears other to her, seems either superior or inferior, against her, or in her favour. But all this is an illusion: is a game in which you are partecipating with the prerogative that You Are the programmer of the game, all the characters of the game, the situations that you have created and that you are creating all the time, you are the infinite possibilities of every move, of every character of the game, hence, You Are the creator, the creation, the game in all its shades. Therefore, the sadness is coming from the recurring thought that you are not The One, not beeing the Unconditional Love that in Reality You Are. Therefore, this is keeping you separated and you identify yourself with the character that is playing, without letting you distinguish, that in Reality, You Are the very same game itself.

Now, going back to your job, all that you are observing, is the confusion that you have inside youself in regards to Who You Really Are: it is manifesting through conflicts, pseudo failures, small success….. and then again stumbles, indecisions, or opportunities, or luminescent roads that appear alltogether at the same time.But the answer, is not somewhere out there, because “out there”, does not exists. The answer is at the Centre of your Centre. Therefore, in the face of all this, you have the need to stop, bring your attention to the Centre of your Cenre, keep your attention at the Centre of your Centre, through your breathe, and step by step, withot allowing your mental body getting into the picture, trying to manipulate strategies in order to get some results: the results are not in your earthly hands, but in the alignment of your dense bodies with the subtle bodies. Hence, work inside yourself, and you will see peace, calm and a new direction manifesting outside.
