You can not and you do not have to “increase” the frequencies, but embrace the frequencies that you are presently living, since your physical body, in this phase of your Path. Is vibrating at this frequency, because it is bringing you the communications that you need.
As long as you consider that your physical, emotional and mental bodies, are somehow ennemies of your Expansion, you will remain in a state of “victim”, that has an “executioner”, hence, the negation of the Unity, because if there is a victim and there is an executioner, you are not The One, you are two.
