I always have a pain in my back, I can not sleep and I turn over in my bed.

The pain in your back, is for you the invitation to stop keeping the weight of the past. The indication is that you are getting informations from the past, instead of getting them from the Centre of your Centre; it is from old dynamics already lived in the past, that you are perpetrating your creation. Therefore the invitation for you, is to stop doing it. The invitation for you is “to wake up, do not sleep, wake up to the Reality (with capital “R”), stop looking back”.

But sometimes, by looking back, I try to solve what can happen in the future.

The point is that there is no past, no future, is all in your mind. All exists Here and Now, and it does exist in the Infinite Possibilities. Therefore, as long as you are looking behind and perpetrate in order to create an artificial future, what you create in the future, will be a copy of what you have lived in what you call “past” because you do not open up, you do not open up to the uinknown, you do not open up to the perfection of the Divine that You Are, but you keep yourself into the vision of your “small self” or “the ego”, into the limitation of the earthly experience that you have already lived. But you are ready to live an earthly experience coherently with your Divinity that will open up scenarios that you can not even imagine
