Some time ago,I have invited a ghost inside myself, but it did not come. Then came another one that I did not invite, and I believe that it is still around me, creating negative energies.

So you are saying that all it is not One!
Everything that you are observing, that you see or perceive outside of you, it is your projection. Therefore, “I have invited a ghost, but it did not come”, it is the invitation for you to stop looking for an external saviour.
“Another ghost came that I did not expect” it is the invitation for you to stop feeding yourself with your fears.
“It is still around me”, it is the invitation for you to observe your fears, embrace them, and reunite them with your courage at the opposite side, and finally see yourself as The Unity that You Are
