Is night, but I can not sleep

What happens to me at night?

What do you think is happening to you?

Truly speaking I do not know.

In Reality, the Truth is that you are afraid to get to know it. But the Truth, is that is impossible for you not to know it. Therefore, what you perceive and interpret with fear, it is none other for you than a call to listen deep inside yourself. But since you are afraid of that, you close the communication channel moving yourself into the mental elaboration.
Do you understand what I mean?

I understand.

So, in order to answer your quetion, nothing happens to you, other than the call to get back and retrieve the communicative contact with Who You Really Are. Is it clear for you?

Is clear but I have the feeling that in general I am anxious about my ralationships, and is something that I feel before getting to sleep, because I do not change my rhythm from the wakefulnes into sleep, and I can not understand the reason.

You tend to rationalise, to justify and you try to look for a cause for all that you live or that you see is happening outside yourself.

And also for what is happening inside yourself. This modality is an uotomatic modality: you are looking for a cause, when you are observing what you consider an effect. Therefore, when you stop, – in this case you go to bed – you mmentally review your day, the situations, and this is moving you into the mental that is looking for a cause and effect. But you do not stop and try to observe which comnmunication is getting to you through the events that you have brought into your life. Therefore, your anxiety, is the deep call to get back the coomunication with the Deepest part of Yourself, stop eveluating and segmenting all that happens to you, looking for a cause uotside yourself. Is ity clear for you?

It is clear, I understand what you are saying. In fact, when this happens, I try my best to “switch off” my mind, and create a space into it. But at this point, it happens that I remain contracted, I do not think, but my body reamains in alert, as well as my mind, and I do not see any way out.

It is because you are rationally looking for this space.What you only have to do, is bringing your attention to the Centre of your Centre, beeing thankful for all what you have lived during your day, and for Who You Really Are. Gratitude and letting go, will move you from control to entrusting.

Imagine that you are lying down on a river water. What happens if you contract your body, if you let your mind and your fears be free? Inevitably your boby becomes haevy and you sink under the water. When you instead embrace that all is perfect, and all is functinal to your Path of Expansion, then you reamain relaxed and you let yourself being cradeled by the water without beeing contracted, without thinking that you have to do something, with the absolute certainty that the current of the water will take you exactly where you have to arrive. Hence, your body will flow with the water. There are no things to do, mantra to be repeated or having thoutghs, simply embrace the thought that comes, and get back letting you flow with the current. There is no value or is not functional the thougtht: “ if I had said that…. If I had done that….. maybe I had better do this,…. or maybe do that….. as is only mental/rational: is not producing any effect into the relative reality. On the contrary, letting you beeing guided by your Inner Master, will naturally lead you to your next action. But you have the need to let go of your control.
