What are ancestral programs?

They are programs, beliefs, modes of relationship that you have chosen to have to experience who you are not. For you to understand: the fear of betrayal and abandonment that accompanies you is a program. So in your life you created events, situations, relationships that put you in front of this program so you could go beyond.
