Do not try to understand, but open yourself to “take with you”: take with you the Reality of your True Nature. So when you are facing situations or relationships, open yourself to the possibility of observing them not as separate from you, not as something external that is happening to you, but as a projection of what is happening inside you. Therefore observe, since you are given the opportunity to see your fears, your doubts and your recurrent reactions that are programs that you have brought into incarnation of which you are aware to experience who you are not and accomplish, on your Path, the Awakening to Who You Are.
Is that clear to you?

Yes. But what do I have to do?

You are free to take any actions: you will not be told “what to do”, since in the Infinite Possibilities, there are infinite actions. However whatever you choose, it is not the “what” you will do but the “how” that determines the outcome.
