In my life, there is always, always a person that, even if I understand that he loves me, at the same time he is degrading me. Is someting constant, either a house mate, or a friend, or a colleague, always. As it was not enough, the fact that I am degrading myself. Therefore I do not understand why there must be someone external that is doing that…

Stop degrading yourself and the mirrors will cease to show you this. If you look in a mirror and you raise your right hand, what do you see in the mirror?

Hence, how can you demand that you see something different outside yourself, when inside yourself this is what is happening? Embrace the Divinity that is inside yourself, and this will manifest outside yourself. Is it clear for you?

Theoretically yes, but practically I feel that I am not yet able.

And therefore, you will not be able.

But what can I do, to unlock this “block”?

Work and believe, since all is originating from you, and is reaching you. There is nothing outside yourself that can discourage you, or make you a king. Nothing outside yourself, can do what you can do.

If you take in your hand some dough and while you are kneading it you say: “I will never be able to create anything with this dough”, you will not create anything. If while you are kneading it, you will say: “I will create somethng fantastic and good”, what you create will be something fantastic and good, since you are the creator. Therefore, control your thoughts, and operate with faith. But if your thoughts and your actions are discordant, the dough will result bad in your hands. Hence, create your life coherently with your thoughts, your actions, beeing committed to this, and your life will radically change, suddenly.

If I tell you to look inside a box, knowing that in that box there is gold, but you take the box in your hands and think; “For sure is not true, there is iron”, what do you think you will find when you open the box?

Everything that is surrounding me!

What makes me feel bad and makes me feel good in the relationship with people, the things that I see, what I feel …

What you see and feel, is a relative reality: is linked to your dense body (physical, emotional and mental), is not the Reality, is a projection of the Reality,a projection filtered through the filters that allow your Expansion. Hence, what sems Real to you, is not, and what seems absolutely unreal, is absolutely Real. Every time that you make a choice projecting it into the future with the fears, what you are creating, are the fears. Hence, everytime that you say: ”I have met this person, but for sure it will end up as for the other one, for sure I will remain disappointed”, what will happen, is exactly that because you are creating it. Therefore, in that box that could have been full of gold, you have projected iron, and when you open it, you find iron.
Is it clerar for you?

Yes.

What you keep on calling “block”, is what you are creating. Stop creating it, face Life for what it is: a wonderful experience that you can create in every moment. There will be challanges: you need challenges to Expand, and every challange, is tailor-made on your ability of Expansion, since you create it. Nothing is against you, but all is for your Supreme Good. When you open yourself to the possibility to look at challanges of Life in this way, suddenly that rock that you are picking, will get very small, and you will move forward.
