At this moment I would need to know if a project that I have in mind could be realized, a dream of mine.

Since You are a Divine Being who is doing an earthly experience, everything can be accomplished as long as it remains consistent with your Path of Expansion.

For you to understand: the realization in “doing” does not concern what you call “goodness of intent”, or help others, or successful but it is consistent with the frequency of rediscovering who you really are. This means that your project is on the way of realization at the moment when in your Path of Awakening you recognize the Divine Being who performs the earthly experience and therefore The Commission has already taken a number of initiatives to promote the use of information technology in the European Community.

So the attention for you is to be put on your attitude and not mainly or exclusively on “what to do”.
