What do I have to do to connect to my Inner Self?<\/p>\n

Bring attention to the Center of your Center, breathe, mentally follow your breath, go deeper and deeper to the Center of your Center, let it slide there and stay as long as possible. You will feel peace, Love, harmony, joy. Stay there as much as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need to ask yourself questions or ask yourself if it\u2019s the right place, because certainty will be with you. Practice this every day, several times a day.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you feel that you can reach this more Real place of yours than what appears to be real in the earthly dimension, if you want to ask questions and put yourself in a position to receive the answer, without however remaining in expectation.<\/span><\/p>\n

What you really have to do is regain confidence in Who You Are. So, exactly as a child does when he knows a new friend: it is by dating him that he becomes the best friend.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do I have to do this several times a day?<\/p>\n

It is not a medicine to be taken three times a day before meals or after meals: it is a self-seeking attitude. It\u2019s like, once you\u2019re in love, you schedule how many times a day you have to meet the object of your love. So you see is not the “how much”, but the “how”; and when the “how” is in total harmony with Who You Really Are, spontaneously and naturally the “when” will be more and more frequent.
