How do I connect to my Center?<\/p>\n

Close your eyes, take deep breaths, bring your attention to your breath and express your intention to bring attention to your Center. It does not matter if you physically identify it, but keep your intention to bring attention to your Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Keep breathing and observe at the Centre of your Centre that light that pulsates with every breath: it is you. Express your intention to Expand this Light and stay there, as if you were lying in the sun to tan. In this state of stillness and silence, ask your question and once you have asked the question, return to the silence through the breath and put yourself in the attitude of listening. The answer comes in. It can come to you as a feeling of certainty, as words you don\u2019t think but emerge from your depths, or in a sentence of a book, or a song, or a film. But if you listen, the answer will come loud and clear.<\/span><\/p>\n

Staying at the Centre of your Centre is a training that, if practiced, becomes your natural attitude. And in the Center of your Center there are no emotions, only Joy and Love<\/span><\/p>\n

What is the most effective way to ask questions?<\/p>\n

Always ask “What does this happening (or situation, or person, or animal, or what) show me? What direction am I taking to facilitate my Path of Expansion?”. Everything else will be clear to you accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n
