How can I go deeper into my meditation without having to use other things for doing that?<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need anything, just open yourself up to the possibility of doing it. Train with assiduity, perseverance and absolute confidence that this already is. You do not need anything but to return to the Center of your Center, observe your breathing, Bring attention to the breath and stay at the Center of your Center.<\/p>\n

Do not try not to think, for if you try not to think you feed the mental body. Do not try to see or feel, otherwise you feed your mental body again. But breathe and express the intention to stay at the Center of your Center, as if you were lying in the sun, where you do not need to ask the sun to tan: simply stand. And to every thought that comes, thank him and return with the attention to the breath.<\/p>\n

Train yourself to this, and in a short time you will feel the depth of the meditative state more and more at your fingertips.<\/p>\n
