You have told me to follow what I Feel Deep Inside. How do I know or be certain that it is what I Feel Deep Inside that is communicating with me?<\/p>\n

Observe the communication: if there is peace, joy, trust within you, even the “not knowing” but “feeling” that it is so is an indication for you. And where there is no judgment, no irritation, no vindication, then it is what you Feel Deep Inside that is guiding you.<\/span><\/p>\n

However when you feel one or more of the things that have been said, then stop and ask yourself: “Why do I feel irritation? What am I communicating through this irritation?”.<\/span>
\nObserve, with humility and neutrality.<\/span><\/p>\n
