Why am I feeling this way? What do I need to learn?<\/p>\n

Before you ask “Why am I like this<\/em>?” Define yourself as “how you are” because your perception of well-being is altered by a mental process that sets up a vicious circle.<\/span>
\nSo you follow a thought that takes you back, you activate an emotion of sadness and lack that drags you into a physical perception of weariness and sadness that activates a new thought of the same frequency, and so on.<\/span>
\nSo you are like this because you don\u2019t interrupt the process, and you don\u2019t interrupt the process because you think you can\u2019t do it.<\/span>
\nIs that clear to you?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

You have nothing to learn since You Are the All<\/em>, and you know everything, but you do not believe it to be true. Therefore is as if you were the sea but you see yourself like a drop. And until you will acknowledge the Truth<\/em>, that drop in Reality<\/em> is the sea, you will continue to feel small and helpless when in Reality<\/em> you are the sea.<\/span><\/p>\n
