Why during the night, I wake up, being anxious almost getting into panic, without understanding why. Which is the motivation?<\/p>\n

What you label \u201danxiety\u201d, it is the reaction of fear toward the call of your True Self to listen. When you are sleeping, you lower your rational defenses, and the flow of communication it is reactivated very strongly. The difference of the energy, it is waking you up, or even better, it wakes up your rational part that, due to the fact that it does not undertand what is happening, considers what it does not know, as a danger, and gets into reaction mode. <\/span><\/p>\n

So, now that you know the reason, when you wake up, take a couple of deep breathes, and start listening.<\/span><\/p>\n
