I made the blood tests, and I discovered that my cholesterol is extremely high. What is the communication for me?<\/p>\n

What is the cholesterol?<\/span><\/p>\n

Clinically I do not know. To my knowledge, my body can not elaborate the fats, I understand that there is a blockage.<\/p>\n

It is an accumulation of fats that deposits on the internal side of the artery. In the cause and effect, this is coming from the food that you eat, but in Reality, is important for you to see that as far as your nourishment is concerned, (meaning allowing that the events of your life, can nourish you), you have the tendency to keep what is not useful anymore for your Path of Expansion, not because in Reality, this not so, (because if it happens, it is functional for you), but because you tend to keep it fixed, and trying to reproduce it. This is true for what you evaluate negative, but also for what you judge positive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, you tend to keep and not to lose something that happened, and that has been particularly satisfying for you. And even when for the phase of your Path, this is not useful anymore, and things are changing outside of yourself, you tend to get back to that memory, as if you have lost something. Therefore, this memory is accumulating in your artery. This is true for the pleasant things, but also for the bad ones. the ones that you evaluate \u201cbad\u201d. Therefore, you go beyond an argument or a conflict in a relationship, but you keep that memory inside yourself that repeats itself everytime that you think about this person, or everytime that you live similar conditions that resemble to the situation that you already lived. Therefore, you accumulate fat, and the modality is always the same, either for something that you evaluate \u201cgood\u201d, or something that you evaluate \u201cbad\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

But now you are ready to let flow, you are ready to observe that nothing and nobody is against you, and that everythig is functional for the phase of the Path that you are presently going through. Therefore, does not make sense to get back to old questions, it does not make any sense crystalize what is a flow.<\/span><\/p>\n
