Very often when I need to make an important change in my life, I mean to get out from a situation that does not resonate with me anymore, and make new experiences, I run very strongly against some people. Then follows two phases: the first a fit of anger, criticism and\u00a0 accusation, then follows the awareness and also gratitude for \u201cthe mirror\u201d the illusionof that the other has hindered or damaged me. I have often used this modality and consequently, there are periods of heaviness followed by periods of lightness and change. I guess is part of my Path of Expansion. Is it so, or is more like an escape?<\/p>\n

In Realtty, it will be like this as long you want it to be like this. In order for you to understand; in the experience that you are aware of, (and this is true for you and for eveybody), all that happens in life \u2013 things that you label as \u201cnice, good\u201d, or that you label \u201cbad\u201d \u2013 in Reality are a manifestation of your flowing in moving close or moving away from Who You Really Are. Therefore, your perception during periods of strong changes (or when you are ready for a strong change) the situations that you are living, need\u00a0 to be changed, (in Reality is the contrary, you change inside youself, so the projection outside is different), is right. Can we say that it twill always be like this? I would say no, because \u201calways\u201d does not exists. Nevertheless, you are a flow, and therefore you are flowing and you can not crystalize. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, a situation of apparent well being and stationary, can not remain static, otherwise it would not be a flow. But this does not mean that if someone lives a moment, a phase of well being, then it means that tomorrow he will be sick, because he is a flow. No, because he is a vibration, and the vibrations can remain high also during a change<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, what is making the difference? In Reality, the only thing that is making the difference is to remain at the Centre of self Centre<\/em>. Everytime that you keep your balance and the encounter between matter and Spirit, does not mean that things do not happen, but you do not live anymore by following the emotional body, the mental body and physical body, as they are the dense bodies that give you the perception of suffering, abandonment, loneliness, inadequacy\u2026. Are the dense bodies that give this perception. But if you do not follow the dense bodies, and you keep yourself on the subtle bodies and follow your True Self, than you live all that happens as a communication and not as a suffering<\/span><\/p>\n
