In the evening, before going to sleep, I make a kind of program for the following day, nevertheless, during the day, I do not take any decision about what to do, and I do not achieve anything. I wanted to know whether this is due to a lack of concentration, or is something mental, or just a lack of energy, lack of willpower. I wanted to know how to get out from this situation of \u201cnot doing\u201d.<\/p>\n

In Reality, this is perfect as you are communicating yourself to stop programming. You have an exclusively mental approach to life \u2026. \u201c I have to do this\u2026.\u201d, \u201cit is important that I do that\u2026..\u201d, \u201cthey expect that from me that I\u2026.\u201d, but the only Real and effective guide, is inside yourself, not in your mind, not in your thoughts of cause \u2013 effect, not by evaluating \u201cright\/wrong\u201d, \u201cbetter this one\/better the other one\u201d, but through your Inner Guide that knows where to lead you and knows which are the important actions you have to take.<\/span><\/p>\n

So you ask: \u201cHow do I get out of it?\u201d I am asking you: Do you want to get out of it? Well, just stop programming, sleep peacefully and the following morning, when you wake up, bring your attention to the Centre of your Centre, and ask: \u201cwhat is the most important thing that I have to do in the Here and Now<\/em>?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Stop letting your mind interfering about being guided by Who You Really Are. Just ask, let it arise and then take action.<\/span><\/p>\n
