When in the morning I look myself in the mirror, I still see my swollen stomach, although I have made some work. How can I get beyond this problem?<\/p>\n

You look at yourself, and you are expecting to see your swolllen stomach. Even if you say \u201cI\u2019ve worked on this\u201d, you do not change your expectation, you work on it, but you create again your swollen stomach, since you look in the mirror and as you have worked on it, to see whether you stomach has reduced its volume, therefore, in cause \u2013 effectt, \u201cI ve worked on it, so my stomach MUST get smaller\u201d. But your attitude, remains the one of \u201cthe magic wand\u201d that does not work.<\/span><\/p>\n

What you are invited to do, as you Are a Divine Being that is having an earhly experience, is to recognize yourself as Divine, therefore, stop fucusing your attention on what you believe is unavoidable as a human being. When you say: \u201cAt my age\u201d, \u201cI am not young any more\u201d, Eh, once upon a time\u201d, you are living into the linearity. But what you are ready to do, is to get out of that railtrack, separate your wagon from the railway, and let it fly<\/span><\/p>\n
