What communication is conveying a nervous breakdown?<\/p>\n

What is called \u201cnervous breakdown\u201d, is a state that negates the Divinity, as there is a basic belief that there is a kind of \u201ctank\u201d, hence \u201cI draw from this tank until it gets depleted\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

The nervous breakdown, is the loss of control over the reactions. In Reality, what you are telling yourself, through the nervous breakdown, is to stop giving credit to beliefs, convictions, accords that lay down the law about your reactions. These are your programs that are put in circle at an increased speed, and prevents you from observing that they are just reactions.
