How can I remain always centered, without getting lost into the emotions?<\/p>\n

The perfection, of the earthly reality, of the human nature, is a combination between the subtle and dense bodies, that move in sincrinicity, as if they were breathing with only one lung.When you incarnated, you have chosen the themes that would accompany you. Uno of your themes, is the interferences; the emotional body, takes the command, in order to get an overflowing role, in regards to the entire system. This is why you feel that everything is amplified. This is neither fine, nor bad: it is only a genealogical program that you have chosen, and for which you have to go forward, in order to remember Who You Are and live coherently whit it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Should I remain into the emotion, or let it go?<\/p>\n

The emotion is born from the thought, the thought is born from an image. If you look at this image from another perspective, the thought is changing, the emotion is changing and your energy is again flowing.<\/span><\/p>\n
