From time to time, I feel I have to participate to a ten days of Vipassana, which is an event where we practically meditate the all day for ten days in silence etc, Does that resonate with me in this moment?<\/p>\n

I will answer your question, but first of all, I have one for you: Are You The One?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

Are your answers at your Centre?<\/span><\/p>\n

If You Are The One, all that you have to know, ( but \u201cto Know\u201d, is not the right word, because to know is mental, but \u201cbeing aware of\u201d, having answers in respect of your life), is it at your Centre?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

So you see, your tendency is to search for answers outside of you. You are asking Me whether is resonating, but I am asking you, does that resonate?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

Now, the voice that you hear, in Reality is the one that vibrates at your centre, the one that resonates. But it is important that you observe what is resonating. All what exists under the sun, that gets you close to the contact with Who You Really Are, is useful. Nevertheless, is not one thing instead of the other, more good or less good, since \u201cgood\u201d and \u201cbad\u201d, do not exist. Nevertheless, for you is useful to let you be guided.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, in your Path of Expansion, in this phase of your life, you have the need of two fundamental things one: find again silence. Therefore reduce the factors that are distracting you, that are preventing you from keeping your attention at the Centre of your Centre. The other one, is to broaden your awareness in respect to the Truth since \u201cAll Is One\u201d, is a concept that, alttough you have embraced it, you do not know to the core. Therefore, you have the need to broaden you Knowledge and gradually let the old convictions an belifs that make you see yourself, limited inadequate, abandoned, separated, and be replaced by The Truth where \u201cAll Is One, You Are this One, All that appears other to you, Is still You, All Is already\u201d<\/em>. Nothing and nobody outside yourself, can impede you to do whatsoever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, to do that, in order to find again silence, you can embrace the opportunity of the ten days of silence. Anyway, is important for you to understand that find again silence in an environment where evrything around you is silence, is one thing, training the internal silence during the daily life, is something else. Therefore, you can train your contact with Who You Really Are, attending activities that are precisely for this purpose. You have taken the opportunity to talk with your Internal Voice, through the voice of Lucy, because you have arrived at MaeStr\u2019Ale. You know that \u201cby chance\u201d, does not exist\u201d. Hence, your True Self has taken you through the synchronicity to get to know a place where the internal silence is taken care of, as well as the Awareness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Open yourself to train your internal listening and the Awareness through recurring activities and not only through full immersion, since once you are back in your daily life, the full immersion disappears.<\/span><\/p>\n
