The future scares me: it’s as if I’m constantly afraid of something bad. And this makes me particularly anxious, and I can’t figure out why.<\/p>\n

It’s precisely to allow you to observe the program behind it. Therefore, so that you understand: fear of the future is nothing more than an invitation to stop living in an unreal time. The only Real moment is the Here and Now. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

So, your projecting into the future is actually a lingering, through your dense bodies (especially your mental and emotional bodies), in a past that projects, into a time not yet in your awareness, the fear of what has already been experienced. So, when you say, “I’m afraid of the future”<\/em> your fear actually stems from the fear of repeating the past. <\/span>
\nDo you understand what I mean?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

But this happens when there is no awareness. On your Path, you have made important choices that have led you to rediscover Who You Really Are, thus rediscovering that the past and future do not actually exist, but are mental concepts that allow you to experience earthly things. In reality, everything is One and is Here and Now<\/em>, therefore, in what you call the “future” there exist infinite possibilities and infinite versions of the “little self” that bears your name, experiencing things in infinite ways. So all the dire scenarios that crowd your mind are actually your fears, and all the joyful and fantastic scenarios you try to imagine but don’t see are still desire created with expectation.<\/span><\/p>\n

But if you move to the Center of your Center<\/em> and entrust yourself totally to the Divine Being that You Are, you already have the certainty of moving toward your highest manifestation. The point is that you don’t need to expect “how.” On the contrary, the more you loosen your grip and let go of control, and the more you entrust yourself to this intelligence of Love that You Are, the more you will have experiences that will give you, even through dense bodies, what you call “happiness.”<\/span><\/p>\n

But above all, once you have rediscovered Who You Really Are and let yourself be guided, you will have the constant perception of being balanced at the Center of your Center<\/em>, therefore in peace, in joy, in gratitude and in entrusting yourself with certainty to Unconditional Love.<\/span><\/p>\n
