So I can get to the same result, it’s just the “how” that changes?<\/p>\n

No. You can arrive at the same action to do, but the result varies greatly depending on whether you perform that action consciously (and therefore by following your Deep Feelings) or in duality (by following your mental and emotional reasoning): the action is the same, but the result is diametrically opposed. Is this clear to you?<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you give me an example?<\/p>\n

When you get angry with someone, you realize that that anger stems from your own experience, because if it doesn’t touch chords you’ve already experienced, that are part of your experience, you wouldn’t get angry. So you realize that that aner is part of your experience, you recognize what triggered the anger as your own program, you acknowledge it and accept that you’re ready to move on.<\/span><\/p>\n

Or you get angry with that person, attributing the cause of your anger and reaction to what they did or said, and in both cases you decide to adopt a firm, aggressive attitude towards that person to whom you tell the Truth according to your experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the first case (since you have recognized that this is your plan) what happens is that that person, after an initial moment of confusion and amazement, calms down, and your apparent conflict ends.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the second case, you always have an aggressive reaction, so you do the same thing as in the first case, but in this case you do it in duality; and the other person, resonating and reflecting back your image, will do the same, and the conflict will intensify. Everything outside is a mirror of what is inside: if you are at peace inside, then outside you will find peace, because that communication will no longer have any reason to be present in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n
