I’m afraid of judgment. What’s the message?<\/p>\n

There are two messages for you. The first is to see yourself for Who You Really Are, abandoning the need for validation<\/em>. Your worth isn’t based on what people say or the appreciation of what’s external to you, but you are worth because You Are, because You Are the Whole.<\/span><\/p>\n

The second: it is the invitation to emerge from the illusion of separation<\/em>, since what happens outside you is a mirrored manifestation of what happens inside you.<\/span><\/p>\n

So the question for you is: \u201cWhat am I judging ? How do I judge myself? How do I accuse myself? How do I deny my Being, defaming myself?\u201d<\/em> Because what you believe others do is merely an attitude you have toward yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n
