Since my surgery, my knee hasn’t stopped showing signs of discomfort. And this still leaves me wondering, “So, haven’t I fully understood the message I’m being given through both the pain and the surgery?”<\/em><\/p>\n

Knee pain signals to you every time you put yourself in the position of a victim who bows to what you believe is inevitable<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, when you feel pain in your knee, don’t judge the pain, but listen to it and ask yourself: “In what way do I feel like a victim? In what way do I feel like there’s an alleged external who is attacking my ‘little self’?”<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

By asking these questions, you automatically return to the Center of your Center<\/em>, opening yourself to Unity. Because, as you know, being the One, there is no outside, nothing and no one is against you, but everything serves your Expansion. Therefore, for you, the knee is like the bell that warns you when you lose your balance.<\/span><\/p>\n
