Why did you choose to communicate with me through anxiety?<\/p>\n

I don’t choose to communicate with you through anxiety. I communicate with you, you choose to perceive it as anxiety. The perception of anxiety isn’t caused by what I’m communicating: it’s caused by the fact that you’re distracted by what appears to be something else and aren’t listening to me. So I call you back, and you don’t recognize this call, confusing it with what you call anxiety.<\/span><\/p>\n

When anxiety strikes, I stop and ask myself, “What do you want to tell me?”<\/em> I ask this question all the time, but I can never get past it.<\/p>\n

If you ask, \u201cWhat do you want to tell me?\u201d<\/em> and simultaneously let your mental body creep in, telling you, \u201cIt\u2019s a panic attack\u2026 it could be a heart attack\u2026 maybe I have tachycardia\u2026 there, I\u2019ve fallen back into the abyss\u2026\u201d<\/em> and similar thoughts, your focus is not at the Center of your Center but follows the mental processes that are guided by your resistances and your active programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

So when you say, “What do you want to tell me?”<\/em> as if it were a sentence, your listening isn’t from within, but from a mental justification full of expectation to escape the feeling of fear.
\nDo you understand the difference?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p>\n

So\u2026 take a deep breath, be grateful, because that knocking on the Center of your Center<\/em> is proof to yourself that you are much more than the physical, emotional, and mental body you experience daily on this earthly level. You are much more. That knocking on the Center of your Center<\/em> is your opportunity to manifest at your highest level. Smile, be grateful for it, and let yourself be guided to the next level.<\/span><\/p>\n
