On Tuesday, I suddenly felt a stabbing pain in my upper lower back; on Friday, I developed severe pain in my quadriceps and glutes; now I have difficulty standing for more than twenty minutes, and my knee buckles when I try to walk. What’s the message for me?<\/p>\n

The fear of being crushed by issues you deem too burdensome and that threaten your livelihood blocks your path.<\/span><\/p>\n

The knee buckles because it indicates your bowing before what comes from the past and you believe you cannot change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, your work will be one of recognition and gratitude for what has been, with the intention of reuniting it with its opposite, so that you can realize, through awareness, that the Here and Now is Reality and that the burden that hurts is an illusion.<\/span><\/p>\n

This brings you back into flow with respect to your values, lifting you from what feels like a crushing burden.<\/span><\/p>\n
