Does anger have a use? If so, is it something I can use to keep people away?<\/p>\n

Who are you?<\/span><\/p>\n

A healer.<\/p>\n

No, more than that.<\/span><\/p>\n

A fighter<\/p>\n

More<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2026 I don\u2019t need to protect myself, not for my own sake.<\/p>\n

But who are you?<\/span><\/p>\n

A part of the Whole?<\/p>\n

No more.<\/span><\/p>\n

An echo? All people are an echo, as sound.<\/p>\n

You are the All, the One. So, if you are the One, how can the One keep itself at a distance? Anger used to \u201ckeep people away\u201d implies that you are not the One, because there is you and there are the people to be kept away. But that is not the Reality.<\/span><\/p>\n

You are the One, and everything that appears to you as other is You, showing you what is unfolding within you, bringing you messages and facilitation for your Path.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, anger is an emotion: it is a manifestation of your emotional body, fueled, and simultaneously generated, by your mental body, which is connected to the egoic aspect. It is, therefore, the part that allows you to have the earthly experience of who you are not<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

But you can recognize it, pause, and choose to return to the Center of your Center<\/em> to recognize Who You Are. So, as you can see, every experience is an opportunity to return to recognizing your True Nature.<\/span><\/p>\n
