I’m always hungry and would like to control it. How can I do that?<\/p>\n

The hunger of the physical body is the manifestation of the hunger for Spiritual nourishment.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, for you, the guidance is to let yourself be nourished by life\u2019s events without judging them, for every moment nourishes you if you do not live in opposition to it.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you reject nourishment, that is, when you reject the events of Life that you judge to be not good, it is as if you were pushing away food while remaining hungry.<\/span><\/p>\n
