I can’t bring myself to trust people, especially in this relationship with my partner. I can’t trust… I want to, but I just can’t.<\/p>\n

“Trusting”, as you view it at this stage, means placing full trust in something outside yourself. Yet, there is a resistance within you: a resistance stemming from the fact that you continue to perceive what is external to you as separate from you. So I ask you: look at your hand, do you trust it?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes<\/p>\n

Because it is part of you. Observe your mouth: do you trust it?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes<\/p>\n

Because it is part of you. Yet, when you observe something that appears, illusorily, to be outside of you, you do not place the same trust in it, because you believe it is not part of you. In Reality, everything you see outside yourself, everything that appears to be other, is a projection of your own.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, you do not trust your partner when they speak to you about their attitude toward life, because you do not trust your own attitude toward life, as you reject responsibility for it. To help you understand: the attitude you hold toward Life is not (yet) that of a protagonist, but rather that of a \u201cvictim\u201d enduring something beyond your control.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, given this attitude, how can you trust it? Return to the Center of your Center and observe Life through the eyes of the Absolute that You Are: nothing lies outside your control, for if You Are the One, and You Are, then everything is a manifestation of yours. Maintain your inner balance, and everything you see outside yourself will respond to this new frequency.<\/span><\/p>\n
