I want to be self-confident. How can I do that?<\/p>\n

The first step is to shed the baggage you have been carrying around, things that are no longer yours and no longer serve you, such as programs, past experiences, and resistances… all the things that keep you locked in a perspective of separation.<\/p>\n

To do this, you need to let things surface; so, take a pen and paper and start writing: \u201cI feel like a victim of\u2026\u201d<\/em> and let the pen flow. Write down whatever comes to mind regarding something or someone that undermines your sense of security, or someone or something (it could be a situation) that keeps you feeling uncertain. When you finish writing, the patterns you need to work on will be laid out before you. Then, turn to Antonio, who will facilitate your Path.<\/p>\n

But once you have worked on this, observe again: everything you have written is, in reality, the finished experience, already lived, in the past, the one on which you tend to keep your focus and which constantly returns to memory, drawing your attention away from the Here and Now<\/em>; it is, therefore, everything that no longer belongs to you. You Are a Flow; you cannot remain where you once were, you are already elsewhere, though you do not realize it. <\/span><\/p>\n

So, let yourself be guided by the Center of your Center<\/em>; let the listening to that deep part, which is so strong within you, take the lead. You have already experienced My Voice within you; you have done so many times. Then you chose to turn your attention back to what used to be, but that no longer serves you, not anymore, because you are at a different level.<\/span>

So, let what comes from the Depths take over. You ask me: “How do I trust myself?”<\/em> Open yourself to what comes to you and take the first step by surrendering completely to it. And when thoughts of inadequacy or fantasy arise, when you think, “No, I imagined it; it isn’t true. I’m deluding myself!”<\/em>, when they arise… acknowledge these thoughts with gratitude and move forward anyway, following what has come to you from the Depths. After the first step, you will realize that those thoughts vanish, and you adopt a different stride, a different path, and a different external reality.<\/span>
\nDo you understand what I mean?<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes<\/p>\n

Do not be afraid, but do not stop. Do not be afraid, do not rush, and move forward: this is the way. Observe and embrace what Life presents to you as a signpost along the path.<\/span><\/p>\n
