Meditation, that I practice on a daily basis, is it something that can help me for physical healing?

Yes, unless you consider it a magic wand: in that case it will not work. Meditation is an opportunity to listen, but if you use meditation to reach a goal, you will nullify the inner listening.
Is it clear for you?

Yes. Which means having no expectations.

So I am doing it for …

… to find your Inner Voice. I am constantly speaking with you, but you do not listen to me. Therefore, through meditation you can find your inner silence and listen.

I understand what you are talking about. Although when I am meditating, I start getting all thing that I was not thinking about …

You need to train your mental body so that it can be of service of what you feel deep inside you. Every time you tell yourself not to think, your thoughts sharpen up. However, if you place your attention in the Center of your Center, to your breathing and its rhythm, to your Heart rhythm, and imagine tuning into the Center of your Center where there is Peace, Love, gratitude, so there you will be. Your resistance will be activated to keep you in the frequency of who you are not. Then you will need to make a choice, which is not to send your thoughts away, but to pay attention to your breathing, on the rhythm of your breathing, the rythym of your Heart. Every time you place your attention on the Center of your Center, everything else goes quiet and when it comes back chose to go back to the Center of your Center.
