I’m scared, but I can’t wait – 2

[Follows post of 08. 08, 2026]

Could what you’re describing be linked to the pain I’ve had in my left arm since I was at least twenty, or perhaps even a little earlier?

Observe the evidence: how does your arm hurt? When does it hurt? Where exactly? This helps you make sense of what is happening, knowing for certain that there is meaning to it, as it is a form of communication directed at you. So let’s play, because you do not need an external voice to come to understand yourself; rather, you need to cultivate this ability. You have pain in your left arm: where? In what way? During which movement?

Do I have to answer you?

Yes.

The pain in my arm starts from the neck area, specifically the shoulder, where the muscle becomes very sore. It affects my arm in particular, but also the forearm. My left hand often hurts as well. However, all of this began when I was studying the flute, the transverse flute. This pain has made it impossible for me to play the flute ever since.

Observe: is the pain actually in the arm, or does it originate in the neck?

The pain is in my arm, but I often feel it starting from my neck.

So you see, pausing to observe what is plainly evident gives you a precise indication of the message this event is bringing you.

Your neck allows you to turn your head to the right and left; it is what enables you, in terms of your orientation, to direct your gaze, your pace, and your path. Therefore, the stiffening of your neck, and consequently your shoulder and, by extension, your arm, is telling you to stop blocking your own orientation. It is as if, on an imperceptible level, you are straining to take a direction that does not feel true to you, particularly regarding your personal fulfillment and your relationships. It is, in short, an invitation to stop trying to force a direction that prevents you from following what you feel deeply inside.
Is that clear to you?

No, it is not clear. It is not clear what “orientation” means.

“Orienting your life” means “following your Path, as indicated by your deepest self.” You have had extensive experience of who you are not. In this experience, that is, in what you have lived through within earthly duality, you allowed your choices, beliefs, and convictions to be guided by your rational self. And even though you sensed a different direction within, at times, a vastly different one, you chose to follow the path indicated by your mind. Thus, orienting yourself serves the purpose of helping you find your way again.
Is that clearer now?

That’s clearer. But how do I find this road again if I’ve never seen it?

Because you are not meant to see it; instead, you must open your Heart to feel it and place your trust in it. Thus, you carry on your shoulders the weight of the choices you have made and of the relationships to which you granted the power to decide for you—unaware that, in reality, even those relationships were merely forms of communication intended for you. It is a burden you no longer need, and one you can let go.

You ask me “how”: I speak to you constantly, in infinite ways, yet you are afraid to hear My Voice—or rather, your own voice – emanating from the very Center of your being. Consequently, time and again—even when that voice is crystal clear within you—you tend to brush it aside, dismissing it as mere fantasy or a figment of your imagination. In reality, the exact opposite is true. The fabrications of your mind lead you down a path you have already traveled; the convictions, beliefs, and agreements you have adopted as Truth remain fixed, while the voice of Who You Truly Are goes unheard
