Fear of losing control

I fainted at the end of a meditation session. What does this mean for me and for the other participants?

What has occurred is an invitation for you to stop forcefully holding onto the resistance against letting go.

You reached a deep level during the meditation, but your mental constructs, rooted in fear and the belief that you were in danger, triggered resistances that needed to be released.

Now is the time for you to be grateful and move forward, for you are ready to take the decisive and important step toward Oneness, embracing the fact that there is nothing outside of you and nothing against you.

However, the convictions and beliefs that have shaped your earthly experience thus far challenge you to look for evil, danger, and risk within the cause-and-effect dynamic. It is your ability to trust your Deep Inner Knowing that can open up new paths for you—paths of infinite possibility that you have not only left unexplored but have not even imagined.

For those present, this is an invitation to stop clinging to their own convictions and beliefs, since you represent the intangible aspect of meditation or altered meditative states, and to let go of the resistances that maintain a cautious stance toward danger.

Thus, all those who were present and felt frightened carry within their depths, to varying degrees, an ingrained association between losing control and danger. And what occurred serves as an invitation to let go, to stop holding back, and to allow themselves to sink into silence and Love.
