Observe your symptoms with these new eyes: each of them speaks about an aspect of your programs that you are ready to transform. So, all your physical ailments are communicating something that you don’t see at this stage of your subtle path: that’s why you project it outward.

So cholesterol is an accumulation of matter in what should be fluid: the accumulation of matter, thought, emotion, and worry in what should be fluid, because You Are the Flow. Do you see the correlation?
