Why is my whole life a constant death and rebirth, a constant congestion, a constant suffering? What’s the meaning?

Since You Are The One, The Whole that Makes Up Everything, You Have Chosen the Incarnation of Which You Are Aware, Choosing the Programs to Go Beyond for This Incarnation.

Your long-standing experience of being someone you’re not has exposed you to precisely these programs. The dominant program is that of the “victim,” of “not knowing how to do it”, of “I can’t do it… I’m inadequate… I’ll try, but the result is always the same.” It’s an attitude of lack that constantly accompanies you.
Therefore, you, the creator, create in your relative reality based on what moves within you, and as long as your attitude continues to be one of lack and failure to recognize yourself for Who You Really Are, you will continue to create situations, relationships, and events that will show you the opportunity to move beyond, placing you in situations where you can choose whether to remain a “suffering and inadequate victim” or, by changing your attitude, open up different scenarios.
