Although everything appears separate

and you perceive yourself as separate from everything you observe

in Reality all is One.

Therefore no one more important than the other,

not one the cause and the effect of the other

but a continuous moving from one to the other

in the flowing and joyous movement of life.

Therefore play the Game of Life

that is not a game of separation,

but one of inclusion
