Imagine that you are observing a nice and good pie, is perfect. Now you have to find out the ingredients. Now, in the ingredients that you will find, there is nothing wrong os that is not appropriate, because each of those ingredients, contributed to create that beautiful and very tasting pie.

So, now you are that beautiful pie, perfect and very good. What you are doing, is that you want to discover which are the ingredients and which ones of these ingredients, for the evolution of the pie that you are, you can isolate, in order to be observed withou the need to be repeated, these are the programs, you can not remove them, but you can observe them, recognize them and ensure that they are no more effective on your earthly experience. To do this, you have to recognize them as essential but illusory ingredients, as in Reality, You Are The One, the Whole that composes All. And there is nothing else
