States of ecstasy

One night I experienced a very beautiful state of bliss, truly incredible, so beautiful that I didn’t want to go back to sleep. It was joy… truly incredible, I didn’t care about anything, I was so happy that… Well: will it be possible for me to re-reach that state and maintain it? Because being in that state is exactly what I want… but I only experienced it for a very short time… half an hour. What should I do, meditate?

Return to the Center of your Center. What happened and what you experienced is your True Nature. Therefore, you experienced the Divine Being who fulfills the earthly experience in coherence with your Divinity, hence peace, joy, presence.

Upon awakening (or rather, “when your System repositioned itself in the awareness of the “little self””), what you experienced was examined. The analysis of what you felt occurred on a mental and emotional level: “Very nice, so I must do something to achieve that…” So what have I done? What brought me here?” Again, in cause and effect. And this is the mode you are ready to let go of: placing everything in a straight line of “a before/after, a right/wrong, a good/bad, a ‘doing’ to achieve.” You just have to let go and remember Who You Are, and to do this, in the face of any event in life, be it sleeping or going about your daily tasks in the morning, position yourself at the Center of your Center, therefore prioritizing what you feel Deep within and not what you see as illusory outside of you. Do you understand what I mean?

In short… this feeling in the Deep… what do I feel in the Deep? Many times I myself don’t feel in the Deep, I mean… in everyday life it’s not easy to feel in the Deep, right?

Because you’re distracted. In reality, there’s no “easy or difficult,” there’s only focus. When you’re focused on the Center of your Center, you experience states of ecstasy like the experience you just described, because your attention is there. When your attention is absorbed by something else, it’s not there. And so what you experience is an earthly illusion and not the Reality of Who You Really Are. Is this clear to you?

Yes, but that moment came by chance, that is, I wasn’t meditating or anything, just to say ….

Because it’s not a “doing.” See, you’re looking for the “cause” to explain the effect? But what actually happened is that you let go, you let go of control. You didn’t do anything, but in that instant, with the imperceptible change in attitude, Who You Really Are emerged and took command. Is that clear to you?

Yes, yes. That’s right… yes.

So, it’s the exact opposite of “doing”: it’s stopping doing, stopping wanting to control, stopping wanting to achieve
